This is a striking chunky Navajo museum quality 5 strand turquoise necklace. This piece contains five strands of absolutely incredible blue tumbled nugget turquoise stones. The stones appear to be from the Kingman Mine and show NO signs of being stabilized. This necklace is absolutely remarkable, containing VERY FINE shell heishi beads between the turquoise nuggets and terminating at Sterling Silver cones. We estimate that this was made 1950's-1960's as it came from a California Collection for which we purchased 40 additional pieces of jewelry.
