Talented Zuni Pueblo artist, Roger Tsabetsaye, really outdid himself when he created this GORGEOUS Native American handmade r ring. A 1/4" thick bezel houses two large pieces of truly beautiful lapis bracketing coral and turquoise evoking the image of the SUN SETTING OVER WATER. Wow! The wide shank is chiselled decorated on the side adding to the overall beauty and off sets it to cleverly allows this ring to be worn in comfort. ROGER TSABETSAYE (Zuni Pueblo; 1941 - -.) Born into a family of Zuni artists, Tsabetsaye, has become one of the most skilled and most famous artists ever produced by his Pueblo. Trained by the likes of Charles Loloma, Joe Herrera, Andreas Anderson, Lloyd Kiva New, and Teofilo Tafoya, he is a skilled painter, fabric designer, and jeweler. He has produced commissions for President Lyndon Johnson, is a multiple award winner, and his work is part of many museum collections.
