Wow! This RARE and HARD to FIND Vintage Native American Handmade Zuni Inlay Sterling Silver Bracelet is from the Famous Lynn Trusdell Collection! The Sun God Face represented by natural Turquoise, Spiney Oyster, White Clam Shell, and Jet skirts the Zuni cultural prohibition against portraying divine beings sacred to the Pueblo by only picturing the Sun God's Face. The Silversmith welded together three flat silver wires before deeply and precisely hand stamping each. They then combined silver drops, twisted wire, and stamped shaped silver to frame the HIGH QUALITY Inlay. Lynn D. Her Collection is featured in many publications including Southwest Silver Jewelry by Paula Baxter and Evolving Southwest Indian Jewelry by Nancy N. Schiffer.
